Privacy Policy

This page explains how the platform handles creator accounts, buyer records, Telegram activity, communications, and operational data.

Last updated June 25, 2026
This page summarizes the platform's current public policy position. If your jurisdiction, payment model, or operating process requires additional disclosures, update this page so it stays aligned with real service behavior.

Information we collect

We may collect creator account details, customer Telegram identifiers, storefront order records, payment-proof metadata, support communications, and platform usage events needed to operate the service.

We do not rely on Telegram usernames for identity. Telegram usernames are optional and may be absent, changed, or removed by the user.

How information is used

Data is used to authenticate users, process creator setup, operate storefront flows, review proof-based orders, deliver products or Telegram access, send lifecycle messages, and support operational debugging.

We also use limited analytics and audit data to improve reliability, investigate abuse, and maintain truthful system state across creators and customers.

Data sharing and retention

Information is shared only with the creator account, platform administrators, and service providers required to host, secure, or operate the application.

Retention periods may vary based on payment operations, support needs, fraud handling, and applicable legal requirements.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated when the service, legal requirements, or operational processes change, especially for regulated geographies or higher-risk support workflows.
